The steps taken to design a machine are as follows: –

2. Design: In the design stage, TSS turns the specifications developed during the planning stages into detailed and accurate visuals. The objective is to deliver what customers need, without any redundancies so as to maximise their return on investment.
3.Parts procuring: TSS will assist the customer in obtaining the necessary parts and commodities, based on the mechanical design.
4. Assembly: Following strictly to the drawings established in earlier stages, TSS will then assemble the machine exactly to what was promised. Customers are assured that what they saw during the design phase will be what they receive after the assembly is complete. We will also ensure that all promised specifications will be met accordingly.
5. Installation: To assist our customers in enjoying optimal output from the customized machine, we will assist them in the installation process. Our experienced technicians will minimise man-hours during this phase while ensuring that the machine performs according to expectations. Sufficient training will also be provided to help customers maximise the returns on their new machines.
We assist manufacturers from the planning stages all the way to installing the machine at their premises. TSS can also help customers with machine operating experience, assisting them in defining and installing customized machines that meet their desired requirements.
